Job Title: Fabricators - Press Bake Operator-Plasma Operator

 

Department: Freeman Enclosure Systems

 

Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly

                      2nd shift

 

POSITION SUMMARY

 

This position will consist of experience with Sheer, Brake and Plasma Cutter.    

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
  • Must be able to read and understand blueprints and/or shop drawings.
  • Able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

 

EXPERIENCE USING THE FOLLOWING MACHINERY

 

   or  Willing to learn the following machines:

  • Shear and Brake

 

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

 

  • Minimum two years’ experience on one or all of the above machines.
  • Maintain established fabrication procedures.
  • Abide by machine and safety training established.
  • Document all hours and account for time spent on each job worked on.
  • Must meet attendance requirements including overtime availability.
