    Job Title: Electrical Assembler

     

      

    Department: Technibus Assembly

     

    Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

     

     

    Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly

     

     

     

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Maintain safe working habits while being efficient
    • Assemble components onto a panel board using power tools and hand tools
    • Strip, terminate, and label wires according to the print
    • Neatly bundle wires using zip ties
    • Route wires through equipment to connect from one panel-board to another
    • Pull wires through conduit
    • Make connections to wiring devices such as lights, switches, and receptacles
    • Identify quality issues as they arise

     

     

    Requirements:

     

    • Strong awareness for safety
    • Ability to read a print
    • Ability to read an electrical schematic is preferred
    • Ability to read a tape measure and use simple hand tools
    • One year of experience in a similar role
