Job Title: Straddle Carrier/Forklift Operator-Spotter

 

Department: Freeman Enclosure Systems

 

Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly

 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Must be able to move heavy and awkward loads with 15,000lb+ forklifts and experience with mobile cranes.
  • Setting up all housing with their jobs.
  • Empty paint booth housing.
  • Helping out on pulling material or setting up jobs.
  • Loading and unloading material on and off the trucks.
  • Must be flexible to work where needed and self-motivated at a fast paced.

 

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Heavy Industrial Machinery Moving - GENERAL WAREHOUSE FORKLIFT NOT APPLICABLE.
  • Two years' minimum experience with mobile cranes or 15,000lb forklifts and awkward loads.
  • Rigging.
  • Manufacturing background or exposure.
  • Must have superior organizational skills.
  • Must pass a forklift test.
