IES Infrastructure Solutions Title:  Director Of Finance Status:  Exempt Salaried Reports To:  General Manager Location:  Tulsa, OK   Primary Responsibility:   Prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and year-end financial statements with supporting schedules, for the guidance of management.  Responsible for the order management process within the ERP system including all invoicing and job costing review.  Handles any HR issues and or questions while working with the IES Corporate HR team.   Responsibilities and Duties:   - Responsible for current general ledgers, trial balances, financial report, and balance sheet.   - Responsible for all SOX requirements.   - Confers with corporate accounting group on inter-company issues.   - Handles the reporting on all the large projects.  This will include formalizing the budget, tracking results against the budget and explaining any variances.  Main point of contact for the POC accounting process (POC – percentage of completion).   - Accountable for the order management process within the ERP system.  This includes opening new projects, closing projects, invoicing, etc.   - Responsible for all jobs costing attributes includes time and expense entry.   - Responsible for inventory control procedures.   - Provide support for any special projects as assigned by the General Manager.   - Advocate and follow all quality, safety and environmental procedures and report any/all noncompliance.   - Local point of contact for any HR issues with the Wedlake team while working closely with the IES Corporate HR team.   Qualifications:   - The position demands an individual who is hard working, detail oriented, computer skills in Excel and Word, excellent oral and written communication skills.   - This position requires an individual experienced in accounting, finance and/or administrative activities.   - Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, or finance with a minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of accounting/financial type experience.     This job description is not a contract between the company and any person.
